When Isaac died? Was he already dead? Levi gaped at Matthew in disbelief. "Did you take out Isaac? Y-you..."

After he exclaimed, Levi couldn't bring himself to continue anymore. Isaac was a big deal. In truth, he was Horace's grandson. In his presence, Levi didn't even get to sit. No way! Matthew had actually killed Isaac.

Holding the chair high, Matthew slowly approached Levi. "You'll get to see him in the afterlife soon."

Levi had a quick flashback to a few days ago when Horace called him to look for Isaac. He arranged for people to review the surveillance footage, but they didn't find anything.

At this point, everything clicked in Levi's mind. Isaac had been murdered.

Seeing Matthew holding up a chair, Levi completely freaked out. "I'm telling the truth. I don't have the formula with me, but I promise I'll have someone get it for you."

With a bang, Matthew slammed the chair down beside Levi, smashing it into pieces on the floor.

Levi flinched in horror. "I'll start dialing right now."

After saying that, Levi pulled out his phone and made the call in front of Matthew. He also put it on speaker.

"I'm calling right in front of you."

Matthew fixed his cold gaze on Levi and stayed silent. He wasn't interested in seeing how Levi handled it. All he wanted was to retrieve Silvaris Pharmaceuticals' medicine formula.

Wyatt and Jerome were so scared their faces went pale. They stood nearby, hardly making a sound. In any case, they couldn't have imagined things would turn out like this.

The room was dead silent. Just then, the phone started beeping. Everyone turned to look at it.

Soon enough, the call went through. A man's playful voice rang out. "I used to be the one calling you when it was time to pay, Mr. Lancaster. You never hit me up first. What brings you to call me today?"

Levi felt uneasy when money was brought up. He worriedly glanced at Matthew before responding, "Do you still have the formula from Silvaris Pharmaceuticals with you?"

The man's voice came over the phone. "Yes. I have the formula from Silvaris Pharmaceuticals and the other formulas from other pharmaceutical factories. What made you bring this up?"

Levi paused for a moment before replying, "My mother-in-law has high blood pressure. I heard Liverlight Pill

from Silvaris Pharmaceuticals is pretty good. I'd like to get some

medicine with that formula"

A burst of laughter came from the other end of the line. "Good call. That formula is really something. I was going to stash it in the safe, where I won't be giving it to anyone.

"Given how close we are, I'll bend the rules just this once and give you a copy of the formula. Just come to my house to get it. I'm not leaving the house, so I'll just wait here for you."

With that, the person on the other end of the line hung up.

Holding the phone, Levi said to Matthew, "Alright. Let's go get it now."

Matthew was surprised that just retrieving Silvaris Pharmaceuticals' formula could get so complicated. He started by confronting Wyatt and then Jerome.

After a long wait for Levi to show up, Matthew was expecting to finally get the formula back. But unexpectedly, Levi would be leading him to another person.

At this rate, Matthew had no idea when he would get the formula back. His patience was running thin. "I'll be waiting right here. Just get him to deliver the formula over."
