Even as the thought crossed their minds, the coffin started to rattle.

Everyone flinched and leapt backward in fear, but Frank remained undaunted, even striding toward it.

"Watch out!" Red Shirt exclaimed worriedly—they had to count on Frank to escape alive!

If anything happened to him, it would be over for everyone!

Frank chuckled. "There's really nothing in this world that I should be worried about."

Then, he lifted the coffin lid.

Though afraid, everyone was curious too, and they peeked inside to find an exceedingly beautiful woman lying within.

Though dead, her lashes were twitching, which sent everyone flinching from the coffin again. "I-Is it alive?"

Frank growled coolly. "We'll see."

He reached toward the body, but even before he reached it, the corpse suddenly grabbed his wrist.

Frank shook it off, but it leapt into the air and landed outside the coffin, baring its teeth at the tomb raiders.

Everyone promptly drew their guns and fired, but it was so quick it dodged everything.

Fortunately, Frank joined in, seizing it by the neck and ending the drama right then.

"Let's see what secrets lay beneath the mask." He chuckled.

The others were horrified and naturally did not have the leisure of checking under the mask.

Though the face appeared like any other human face, Frank had noticed the slight disjoints and overall oddness... like the body was wearing a mask from human skin.

And when Frank waved, the mask peeled off, and Frank was left frowning.

It was the woman whom Five had asked him to find!

"W-What are you doing here...?" he murmured.

Suddenly, the corpse's eyes rolled up and it was suddenly lifeless again, seemingly because its mask was taken off.

As everyone sighed in relief, Sylvie walked up and asked softly, "You know her?"

Frank nodded. "But it's a long story."

He then turned to the tomb raiders. "Empty your bags. We're getting her out of here."

"Huh?!"

The tomb raiders were left trading glances.

"Please, Your Majesty! That thing is a jinx! It's a big mistake!"

"Exactly! Bad things happen to the protagonists in mummy movies because they move stuff out of tombs! You have to be careful!"

Frank smirked. "So, none of you want to leave now?"

The tomb raiders sighed in exasperation, since they were counting on Frank to get them out of here.

His orders were hence absolute, and so, they cleared a large backpack for Frank.

Frank stuffed the corpse inside. He was going to call Jada Turin, but he gave up since there was no cell signal inside.

Making sure that the corpse would stay intact in the backpack, everyone continued onward...

Meanwhile, Ernest Lane was standing outside the entrance of the tomb, grinning from ear to ear.
