Secrets Of The Neglected Wife

Chapter 822

Chapter 822:

Driven by adrenaline, she fought to crawl out, feeling her strength drain with every movement. Finally, she collapsed against the wall. Blood seeped from her body.

“Verruckt, you’ll lose the one you love forever!” As death closed in, Fiona let out a mad laugh. “Especially when the woman you care about learns your secret! Just think… will she see you as a cold, heartless monster?”

Fiona’s laughter rang out, wild and uncontrollable. “Oh no, perhaps you’ll be toyed with to death by that scheming woman!”

She had only crossed paths with Allison once, but something about her sparked an instinctive sense of distrust. Especially when Allison had played the modest card so well — Fiona had almost fallen for it.

Still, Verruckt had chosen to trust Allison. Could he really fall in love with that scheming woman?noveldrama

No, Fiona swore she couldn’t let that happen. She couldn’t just watch as he walked straight into her trap. However, no matter what Fiona said, Verruckt remained firm. He even started to walk toward the elevator, ignoring her entirely.

“Verruckt, I swear on my family’s honor, you’ll end up in hell!” Fiona shouted, furious and determined not to go down without a fight. “You’ll get caught and turned into some kind of experiment — just another madman hooked on drugs to survive!”

Beside him, Jareth couldn’t hold back, glaring at Fiona with pure malice.

“Mr. Shaw, should I handle her?” he asked.

Verruckt, never one for patience, answered, “No need. If she wants to die, I’ll be happy to grant her wish.”

With that, he lifted Fiona off the floor, staring at her with the cold, indifferent eyes of someone viewing something completely insignificant.

Fiona, feeling completely powerless, struggled to breathe as panic set in.

“Let… go…” she gasped, her face turning red from the strain.

The shadow of death loomed closer.

Verruckt began to speak, his voice cold and eerie, like something from beyond the grave.

“Fiona, I’ve already lived through every curse you’ve thrown at me,” he sneered, his expression filled with a deadly calm. “So now, you can die in peace.”

Without hesitation, he held Fiona over the elevator shaft.

Once he finished speaking, he let go without a second thought.

Fiona didn’t have a moment to react before she fell, her body tumbling headfirst into the darkness.

There was a loud thud.
