Man With Super Medical Skill (Matthew)

Chapter 3493 Matthew's Anger

"Are you looking to die?" Redwood sneered, his voice cold as he glared at Angus.

Angus responded with a mirthless laugh, his tone defiant as he raised his voice. "I may not go looking for trouble, but I sure as hell don't fear it."

Redwood's face twisted with rage. In all his years with the Viper Crew, commanding countless underlings, no one had dared to speak to him like this.

"Fine. Very well," he spat, his eyes narrowing as he glared at Angus. Turning to leave, he threw a parting threat over his shoulder. "Let's see if you're still this bold the next time I show up." Just as Redwood was about to step out of the door, Matthew's calm voice cut through the tension.

"Hold on."

Redwood turned back, his expression smug, assuming Matthew was about to beg for mercy. "Too late to beg now," he mocked. "You're all as good as dead."

Matthew's expression remained serene, his gaze fixed on Redwood. "Leave the money for the door before you go," he said evenly.

Redwood froze, momentarily stunned, before fury roared through him like a wildfire. "Did you just ask me to pay for a d*mn door?" he shouted, his voice booming with indignation.

Then, without waiting for a reply, he drew a gleaming pistol from his waistband and pointed it squarely at Matthew, his lips curling into a cruel smile. "Go ahead," he taunted. "Say that again-ask me for money for the door."

Standing beside Matthew, Angus felt a pang of pity for Redwood. Poor fool, he thought. He has no idea he's already signed his death warrant.

Matthew wasn't a man who killed without reason, but when he did, no one survived. And someone like Redwood, audacious enough to point a gun at him, was as good as dead.

Matthew's gaze narrowed, his eyes like shards of ice. In the blink of an eye, his figure vanished from where he stood, reappearing directly in front of Redwood. With the grace of flowing water, his slender, alabaster-like fingers lightly touched the gun's barrel. A sickening Crunch! echoed through the room, a sound that made everyone's teeth ache.noveldrama

Redwood's pistol crumpled in Matthew's hand, reduced to a mangled lump of scrap metal.

Clang!

The ruined weapon fell to the floor as Redwood, wide-eyed and slack-jawed, released it in sheer disbelief.

"You want to kill me?"

Matthew stepped forward, and Redwood instinctively staggered back.

As he stared into Matthew's calm, unflinching eyes, a suffocating sense of impending doom washed over Redwood like a rising tide.

"No... no, no, no! You can't kill me!" he

stammered his voice trembling. "My boss-he's one of the few on this island who stands on equal footing with Shaun! If you kill me, he won't let you go! He'll make sure your family, your wife... they'll all meet a terrible end!"

A glint of unyielding frost flickered in Matthew's eyes.

When the threats concerned him alone, he could ignore them, dismissing Redwood's bravado as the barking of a beaten dog. But the moment his family was dragged into the picture... The thought of Sasha, her whereabouts unknown for so long, fueled an icy storm that

radiated from him.

Even Angus and Catia, standing silently behind him, held their breaths. They had never witnessed Matthew exude such bone-chilling coldness.

Their gazes shifted to Redwood, now sprawled helplessly on the ground, their eyes filled with a faint sense of pity.

This man... was practically begging for death.

Matthew's icy-glare remained fixed on Redwood as he reached out and grabbed him effortlessly, tossing him through the open doorway like a rag doll. He followed with steady steps, his expression unreadable, and extended a single finger toward Redwood's trembling leg,

"This is for threatening my family."

With a sharp surge of internal energy, an invisible force exploded from Matthew's fingertip. Redwood's leg shattered into pieces, blood and flesh scattering across the ground. "Aaaahhh!"

A bloodcurdling scream tore from Redwood's throat. His eyes rolled back, and he collapsed into unconsciousness, foam bubbling at his mouth.

Matthew stepped closer, his finger now pointing at Redwood's arm.

"And this... is for insulting my wife."

The words had barely left his lips when Redwood's arm burst apart, crimson splattering in every direction.

"Ahh!"

The excruciating pain jolted Redwood back to consciousness. His pallid face twisted in terror, his wide eyes locking onto Matthew's frigid stare. "Spare me! Please... I beg you!" he sobbed, his voice cracking under the weight of his desperation.
