Witnessing Nathan's vulnerability in his human form, Wolfric felt a surge of triumph.

In his winged form, Nathan had been invincible, impervious to their attacks. But now, as Nathan stood defenseless in his human guise, offering himself up, Wolfric was convinced that victory was within his reach. Urgently commanding his strongmen, Wolfric exclaimed, "What are you waiting for? Act now! Use your swords and strike him down!"

Penny, burdened with guilt over Colin and Ava's sacrifices, couldn't bear the thought of Nathan being killed because of her.

In a desperate attempt to save him, she broke free and ran towards Nathan, pleading, "Hubby, don't worry about me. You mustn't let them kill you for my sake..."

As Wolfric prepared to strike Nathan, Penny's sudden escape caught him off guard. In a reflexive response tinged with anger, he aimed his pistol at Penny and fired. Bang!

The bullet hit Penny, causing her to fall forward.

In a blur of motion, Nathan was instantly by her side, catching her in his arms.

Nathan's body shook with emotion. "Penny, how are you? Please, don't scare me..."

Penny, now in Nathan's embrace, managed a weak smile despite her bloodied state. With a frail voice, she murmured, "Hubby, I'm so cold, but it feels a bit warmer in your arms..."

Tears welled up in Nathan's eyes as he held her hands tightly, his body trembling uncontrollably as he blamed himself. "It's all my fault..."

With great difficulty, Penny reached up to wipe her husband's tears. "Don't cry... A man like you shouldn't shed tears... Remember, you can't die. I can't let you die for me... In a frantic effort to save Penny, Nathan activated a device on his wrist, establishing contact with the God's Punisher Spaceship in outer space.

His voice, filled with deep resentment, commanded, "God's Punisher Spaceship, we are under attack. Mrs. Cross is critically injured. Provide immediate support and eliminate any armed forces you encounter." The spaceship acknowledged his command with a prompt "Yes, Your Majesty!"

At the scene, the elites, soldiers, and even Bryon and Wolfric were taken aback by this turn of events. The situation had escalated far beyond their expectations, perhaps even spiraling out of control.

Hearing that Nathan had summoned

the God's Punisher Spaceship for assistance, fear washed over their faces, with some stammering in disbelief about the potential consequences.

"H-He's made contact with the God's Punisher Spaceship. Is he going to destroy the entire city?"

The blood seemed almost sentient as it quickly entered her mouth and then disappeared without a trace.

Next, Nathan flicked two more beads of blood from his hand.

Each of these fresh blood droplets found its way into the mouths of Colin and Ava, who lay nearby, and promptly vanished.

Bryon and his associates observed this scene with a mix of confusion and intrigue.

Puzzled, Bryon asked, "What exactly is he doing?"

Both Wolfric and Paulo could only shake their heads, equally clueless about Nathan's actions.

By this time, Bryon had already

snapped back to reality. He

anxiously cried out, "What are you all

standing around for? Get moving,

attack together, kill him!"

He fervently encouraged his allies to engage Nathan, while he himself strategically retreated under the protection of his bodyguards. With Nathan having summoned the God's Punisher Spaceship, Bryon realized he had to escape the city before the spaceship's arrival. Wolfric and Paulo, though uncertain and apprehensive, bravely led their forces in an attempt to break through and confront Nathan.

As Nathan lifted his gaze, it fell upon Wolfric and Paulo, who were at the forefront of the attack. His eyes, cold and resolute, conveyed his verdict, "You two deserve death!"
