David and Evelyn smiled in response, sizing up Zephyr from head to toe.

He wore a black shirt, black trousers, and leather shoes, creating a simple yet polished look. His glasses softened his sharp, defined features and deep, thoughtful eyes, giving him a gentle and refined appearance.

"Come in and have a seat. Set your things down, you must be tired from carrying them around."

Zephyr took the pear from Evelyn and bit into it. He then smiled and said, "Thank you, Mrs. Tortell. To be honest, I worked a bit to make this happen... I won't lie, I've liked Sophia since high school. After returning to the country, I found out she was still single. Since Lionel is your friend, I jokingly told him I was looking for someone.
