My Aloof Sisters Asked for My Forgiveness

Chapter 531

The martial arts competition organized by the Lotus Sect ended with an unexpected drama.

The top prodigies were absent, and the top three winners came as no surprise.

Yet, what caught everyone off guard was the Dragon Supreme accepting a female disciple.

Becoming the disciple of a Supreme was akin to ascending to the heavens in a single step.

News of this development spread rapidly, and it reached every corner of the martial arts world within half a day.

Only a few knew that this outcome was orchestrated by Dustin.

Dustin was sitting in a garden pavilion within the Lotus Sect, with Tyler beside him. Kneeling before him was a Hell Guard.

"No notable experts seen entering or leaving the Barbenheim Institution?" Dustin's brow furrowed at the Hell Guard's report.

He had sent his Hell Guard to monitor Lord Barbenheim and deliberately gave him time to request reinforcements from the Divine Hall. He hoped they would send powerful experts.

Yet, two days had passed, and his Hell Guards reported no such activity. Not even

a Martial Saint was seen there.

Dustin's face darkened.

Two days should have been sufficient if the Divine Hall intended to send reinforcements.

"Are you certain you didn't miss anything?" he asked.

"My Liege, together with Captain Drake, we kept watch without rest. No martial artists of Martian Saint level or above have entered the institution," the Hell Guard said anxiously.

"What about Lord Barbenheim?" Dustin asked.

“Lord Barbenheim has mobilized his personal army and used his royal seal to summon the Western Forces. The armies have gathered outside the institution and are nearly fully assembled," the Hell Guard reported.

Dustin's face remained stoic.

The size of the army that Lord Barbenheim could summon was of little concern to him.

His focus was solely on when the Divine Hall's reinforcements would arrive.

"The Divine Hall is a mysterious organization. Their headquarters may be overseas, so two days might not suffice. Let's give Lord Barbenheim another two days," Dustin muttered.noveldrama

Two more days passed, but the Hell Guard's report remained unchanged.

Lord Barbenheim had fully mobilized his personal army, but there was still no sign of the Divine Hall's reinforcements.

Dustin's face turned grave as his patience was worn thin.

"It seems Lord Barbenheim couldn't summon help from the Divine Hall, or perhaps their elites are already hiding in the institution.

"Whichever it is. It's time to end Lord Barbenheim. Bring me a coffin," Dustin ordered.

Dustin descended from the mountain with the coffin and headed straight for the Barbenheim Institution.

The moment he stepped beyond the exit of Dorset Mountain, spies rushed to relay the news to Lord Barbenheim.

"Dustin... has finally left the mountain..." Lord Barbenheim murmured from his wheelchair. His tone was sinister.

For the past four days, he had meticulously prepared for a final confrontation with Dustin.

"What's the status of the Western Forces? Why haven't they advanced?" Lord Barbenheim demanded and glared at his men.

"Your Highness, the Western Forces

have stalled their advance since

receiving your orders. The new commanding officer outright refused to mobilize the soldiers!” the commander of the personal army said angrily.

Lord Barbenheim's face twisted in fury as he slammed his fist against the armrest

of his wheelchair.

"Once I've dealt with Dustin, I'll have that officer executed for treason!

"Hmph! Who needs the Western

Forces? My personal army may number only five thousand, but every soldier is an elite. They are ten times the match of any Western Forces soldier. They're more than enough to take Dustin down!"

...

The streets outside the Barbenheim Institution had been cleared. Five thousand soldiers from his personal army stood in formation and waited for Dustin's arrival.

These troops were Lord

Barbenheim's pride and joy. He had personally trained them, and they were equipped with advanced weaponry. Their combat skills were far superior to those of regular soldiers.

Even the elite Western Forces paled in comparison.

These troops were the source of Lord Barbenheim's self-confidence.

No matter how powerful a martial artist might be, he was still just one man and

was made of flesh and blood.
