Eclipsed Destiny

Breaking the Silence

The forest swallowed Celia whole.

She walked in silence, surrounded by enemies, their eerie, glowing eyes flickering in

the dark. Shadows stretched between the trees, the wind carrying the distant echoes of her pack's howls-Aziel's howl.

She clenched her fists, forcing herself not to turn back.

The pack was safe. That was all that mattered.

But as the air grew colder, the darkness pressing in, doubt slithered into her mind.

Had she made the right choice?

Or had she just damned herself?

Aziel's Wrath

Aziel was losing his grip.

The moment Celia vanished into the trees, something inside of him broke.

He charged back into camp, his body shaking with unrestrained fury. Wolves got out of

his way, fear in their eyes. He hardly saw them. Hardly saw anything.

Because all he could think about-all he could hear-was Celia's voice.

"You have to let me go."

No.

No.

His wolf snarled, fighting to break free.

Marcus stepped in his way. "Aziel, you need to stop-"

Aziel grabbed him by the collar, slamming him against a tree. "You should have stopped her."

Marcus's jaw clenched. "And get more of us killed? You think that's what she wanted?" Aziel's grip tightened. His breathing was ragged, fury crackling through every inch of him.

"We have to go after her," he growled.

Kaelen spoke up, his voice calm but edged with urgency. "If we rush in blind, we'll get ourselves killed. That's what Dorian wants."

Aziel's chest heaved.

His body ached with the need to tear something apart.

But they were right.

And that only made the rage burn hotter.

Because for the first time in his life, he had to wait.

And waiting was hell.

Celia's New Cage

Dorian led her deeper into the unknown.

His wolves walked quietly, unnatural in the minimal disturbance of the ground they

trod. They didn't seem like common rogues.

They were something else entirely.

Celia sensed it-the dark emanation from them. It left her skin crawling.

As for Dorian?

He walked with the arrogance of a victor.

He looked at her, his eyes narrow. "You are quiet."

Celia's face remained impressive. "What would you have me say?

His smirk was lazy. "Most wolves would be begging for their lives by now."

Celia held his gaze. "I'm not most wolves."

Dorian chuckled, his eyes glinting. "No. You're not."

They reached a clearing and Celia's breath caught.

Before them stood an ancient fortress, its stone walls cracked with age, towers stretching into the stormy sky. Shadows clung to it, the air thick with something unnatural.

This wasn't just a rogue camp.

It was much worse.

Dorian approached the gates, his arm out in a dramatic sweep.

"Welcome to your new home, Luna."

Celia's stomach rolled.

What had she gotten herself into?

Aziel's Breaking Point

Night had come.

Aziel hadn't shifted. He sat beside the fire, his body as stiff as a board, his eyes nailed on the trees.

Waiting.

His pack could sense the tempest building within him. His anger, simmering, brewing, waiting for release.

Marcus finally broke the silence. "What's the plan?"

Aziel didn't say a word.

Because he only had one plan.

Get her back.

Burn everything in his way.

And kill Dorian with his bare hands.noveldrama

Finally, he spoke, voice low, lethal.

"We attack at dawn."

A War Begins

Deep in the fortress, Celia sat in the darkness, her mark burning.

Aziel's name echoed in her mind.

And for the first time since she'd left-

She felt truly afraid.
