Alpha's Second Chance

I knocked on the door to Logan's office, and I was training with Noah when he asked if we could come to the office. Me and I walked inside and heard he had the speaker on, with a call going on.

"They just got in, so I will talk to them. But I am sure they will agree to that plan.” Logan says.

"Sounds good my king, we will hear from you soon." I heard Alpha Leonardo say. "You can count on that," Logan says and they hang up. And Noah and I sit down.

"Who was that, Dad," Noah asks, and Logan smiles.

"That was Alpha Leonardo and Alexander, the two last Alphas in Italy." He

answers.

"Are everything okay?" I ask.

"Oh yes, they are all good. They have been cleaning up in Carlos's territory. And came up with an idea, but since Noah turned eighteen, everyone has felt the shift of power. They feel that they need approval before they implement their plan. But they also feel that you, Enzo should have a say in this." Logan says.

"What is their plan?" Noah asks.

"They want to split Carlos's territory equally, in a way, so that they both have the same size of territory. The goal is to give the wolves living there a free choice of who they want to live under as their alpha but with free passage between the territories." Logan explained.

I sit quietly for a few minutes, thinking about what he just said. I know from the rumors and talk I heard in many places that this was something my father had fought for a more open Italy, less fighting, but a genuine deal for all wolves there. I know why they wanted my opinion, I am essentially the rightful heir to some of Italy.

"I think it is a good idea. Leonardo and Alexander are awesome Alphas. Italy will be peaceful if those two work together like this. It has been a big risk every time someone travels through Carlos's territory for years. So this, this is good, really good." I say, and Logan nods his head in agreement.

"That is what they said." He says.

"I don't know much about these two Alphas, other than that they did a lot to help Rose. And I met Carlos, anything they do can only be better. So, as long as we are sure that it will work, We can always go check it out." Noah says.noveldrama

"I think that that sounds reasonable. Very good son." Logan says, and I nod my head to show that I agree.

Noah and I stayed in the office as Logan called up Leonardo, to tell him what we had talked about. And we waited while we heard their conversation. Leonardo, on the other side of this call, sounded happy and relieved by what Logan told him.

"I think that sounds reasonable. We have all felt that a power stronger than us has woken up. And both Alpha Alexander and myself, are ready to accept this. And to be at the service if ever needed, all we want is peace, and we have not had that for years." Leonardo says.

"We think that this plan can give you this, and that's why we will give any support and help needed to make it work," Logan tells him.

"Thank you," Leonardo says again, and we hear Alpha Alexander in the background thanking us.

"Let us know if you need help for this." Noah pitch in, looking a bit nervous.

"We will, Your Highness." They both say it with no hesitation, and Logan looks proud of his son.

“Before we go. Michael said that he is an uncle now, so please accept our congratulations." I hear Alpha Alexander say.

"Thank you very much," I say so they know I heard.

Then, we all wish each other well and say our goodbyes before Logan ends the

call. And he looks proudly at Noah and smiles big.

"I am proud of you son. You showed true leadership." Logan says.

"Thank you, Dad," Noah says

"You did good, Noah. It will be a big honor when I truly get to serve under you." I say, and he smiles.

"You not serving under me, Enzo. You will serve with me. When we take over will always want you to tell me what you think. I might not agree with everything, but I will listen." Noah says, and I smile.

"You two will do good when it is time. I have no doubt in this." Logan says.

"Thank you." We say, and I get up.

"I will go home and see my mate and my son. I have begun training Rose when

we have time." I tell them, and they nod their heads and smile.

Stepping inside at home, I smell and feel the

and go to the kitchen. I find her busy making some lunch and smile when I see it is lasagna.

"Hey, baby." Say and kiss her head. Before I go kiss Antonio's head, he is so big

now that he can sit by the table in a baby chair.

"Hey, handsome, How did training go?" She asks.

"It went well, but we also had a call with Italy. I will tell you about it while we eat." I

say as we sit down.

I told her about Leonardo and

Alexander's plan and that we all

agreed it was good. And Rose smiled and told me she thought it sounded awesome. We talk about it while we eat, and after we put Antonio for a nap, and go train in an empty room.
