"I'm sorry, little baby…" Hayden covered her tummy with a slightly reluctant look. As the operation was
going to take place, the door of the operation room was suddenly kicked open after a loud bang. Men in
black suits swarmed into the room, making the room crowded at once.
"Who, who are you?" It all happened too fast and the doctor and the nurses were shocked. Surgery
knives dropped onto the operating table, waking up Hayden too. Without having the chance to react,
one of the men who was walking to her straightly immobilized her and stabbed her with an anesthesia
needle.
Looking at what happened before them, the doctor and nurses were all in a daze. The man who left last
took out a stack of cash from his pocket and tossed it to the doctor while saying coldly, "This woman
had never come here, got it?"
"Y… yes." The doctor and the nurses all behaved in a jittery manner.
After the anesthetic effect had passed, Hayden woke up with a confused mind and realized she was in
a luxurious bedroom. At the same time, someone had pushed the door open and entered. "Are you
awake? Ms. Downey." The comer was a middle-aged man. He was carrying a tray full of delicate
dishes. Seeing Hayden watching him with alert, he let out a smile.

glared at the butler in rage and yelled, "Mr. Beckham did that, didn't he? How could he be so
despicable…"
Without changing his expression, the butler said, "Ms. Downey, as long as you give birth to the child,
not only that the Downey Group would be fine, you would also get twenty million yuan. I suppose Ms.
Downey would not bear to see the Downey Group go bankrupt?"
Hayden squeezed the newspaper with hatred and the butler handed her a document silently. Hayden

Hayden up from her sleep. She felt a sharp pain from her stomach. She extended her hand and
pressed the bell located on the bedside cabinet with all her strength. After ringing it, she passed out.
"The kid's coming out!" Hayden puffed hard and could vaguely hear the loud cry of the baby. She
forced her eyes open but without being able to look at it, the baby was brought out by the nurse.
Hayden was transferred to the ward after a few minutes and the butler walked in. Hayden was still in
pain that she grasped the blanket. She asked, "Where's the baby?"
"The baby has been sent to Mr. Beckham, it's a healthy boy," the butler said. He put an envelope on the
cabinet. "This is the twenty million yuan cheque. Thank you for your hard work, Ms. Downey." After
finishing his words, he was ready to leave.
"No, you have to let me see my child…" Hayden panicked and she jerked off the blanket, wanting to
get down the bed. It was also her child no matter how! Yet she was too weak and she fell directly onto
the ground. She felt a rush of intermittent pain and wailed. But she could only watch the butler's leaving
without being able to do anything. "Please, let me see my child…"
A few minutes later, a nurse went in to give her medication. Seeing her on the ground, the nurse
quickly held her up, yet she realized her hands were full of blood. The nurse's face went pale
immediately and she rushed out in panic. Hayden who slowly lost her consciousness could vaguely
hear the nurse's words. "Dr. Miller! There's another baby in the woman's womb!"
